All visitors benefit from complimentary use of our practice facilities, including our driving range, short game area and putting green. Each of our driving range bays is equipped with advanced TrackMan technology – perfect for sharpening your game before your round.

No visit to Deeside is complete without time spent in our iconic clubhouse. We encourage all visitors to relax and enjoy fantastic food and drink, a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and stunning panoramic views across the beautiful Dee Valley.

Haughton Course

Visitors are welcome to play on the Haughton Course (18 holes) during the following times, subject to availability.

Monday – 11.00 – 15.00
Tuesday – 12.00 – 15.00
Thursday – 10.00 – 15.00
Friday – 15.00 – 18.00
Saturday – 16.00 – 18.00
Sunday – 13.00 – 16.00

Blairs Course

Visitors are welcome to play the Blairs Course any day of the week after 10.00am.

How to Book

Deposit Payments

Bookings can be made by emailing admin@deesidegolfclub.com or telephoning 01224 869457 option 4.

A deposit of £50 per person is payable at time of booking to confirm booking and book the tee-time.

The balance of the payment is required a minimum of 7 days in advance. Deposit/final payment can be made by BACS or by card over the phone 01224 869457 – office option 4.

Cancellations

For any last-minute cancellations (within 7 days), a new date and time will be sought to accommodate the visiting party.

Any cancellation received out with 90 days of reservation will receive a full refund.

Any cancellation received within 90 days of reservation will receive 50% refund.

On Arrival

Please check in with the Pro Shop which is located on the right, just inside the clubhouse. The Pro Shop team will be able to help you with manual/electric trolley hire and accessories.

Vouchers

Every visitor paying full price will receive a £5 discount voucher to spend in the Pro Shop, on any purchases over £40.

Caddies

Caddy requests must be made at the time of booking. Whilst we cannot guarantee the availability of caddies, we will endeavour to accommodate all requests.

Electric Trollies

We have push trollies and a limited number of electric trollies for hire.

Buggies

We have no buggies for rent at Deeside. 

Pro Shop

Our In-house Pro Shop team are delighted to welcome you to the fully stocked Pro Shop. All the usual golfing brands are available with discounts available at various times of the year.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse was re-located in 2004 and proudly stands above the 18th green with views over the valleys of Royal Deeside. Visitors can relax in comfort and enjoy the surroundings, while enjoying the culinary delights prepared by our kitchen team. Deeside has earned a fine reputation for consistently preparing quality meals which include a variety of modern day dietary requirements.

Driving Range

The Driving Range has eight bays, all with trackman technology which can be reserved via the pro-shop. Tokens are free of charge and can be collected in the Pro Shop.

Lockers & Changing 

Visitor lockers are available in both the gents and ladies locker rooms. Tokens are available from the Pro Shop. Deeside cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. Changing of clothing and shoes in the car park is not acceptable, please use the locker rooms.

Consistent with our Vision, we have a contemporary dress code which seeks to balance golfing tradition with modern expectations. We want members, guests, and visitors to enjoy their time at Deeside and therefore request that everyone respects the following guidelines and maintains an appropriate standard of dress at all times.

On The Course

Recognised golfing attire must be worn at all times, including golf shoes.

The following are not permitted:

  • Blue denim jeans
  • Tracksuits
  • Similar non-golfing attire

Please note: Juniors are not required to wear golf shoes.

In the Clubhouse and Practice Facilities

Smart casual dress is required within the Clubhouse. This includes smart denim jeans. Modern casual footwear, including training shoes, are permitted.

The following must not be worn in the lounges or dining areas:

  • Waterproof clothing
  • Tracksuits
  • Leggings
  • Rugby, football, or similar sports tops
  • Hats
  • Golf shoes

All clothing must be clean, neat, and tidy. Faded, distressed, ripped, or soiled garments are not acceptable.

Social and Private Functions

The dress code for social and private functions will be specified on the event notice or agreed with the Club in advance.

Important Notice

It is in everyone’s interests and enjoyment that appropriate standards are maintained at all times. Anyone not adhering to the dress code may be asked to leave the premises.

The Clubhouse and Professional Shop staff have the full support of the Council in enforcing the dress code. The Council reserves the right to determine what constitutes suitable dress.
